Shipping and Returns

Quality Home Brew Supplies ship to locations in Australia only.

Standard Delivery (3-5 business days)
We use Australia post for all shipping within Australia. We will charge more if your order is over 20kg in weight, however we will notifiy you before despatch and you will have the option to proceed, cancel the order or change your method of shipping.

Standard - Delivery Information (Public Holiday Friday & Monday are not counted as week days)

If you have any problems with your order please call us between 9.00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, or use our contact form and we will be happy to assist you.

Out of Stock
Occasionally items go out of stock between you placing your order and us shipping it. If this happens we will notify you of the delay and offer an alternative, or you may choose to have a full refund.

Order Problems
If there is any problem with your order, such as damage, missing items or incorrect quantities, you must tell us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If the items are defective they will be replaced free of charge or, if you prefer, a full refund can be provided as long as you contact us first to organise collection of the goods within 10 days of you receiving them.

Unwanted Orders
After you have placed your order, if you decide that you no longer want the goods we cannot unfortunately offer a refund other than for the reasons outlined above. If you are in any doubt, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
